Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use HappyHorse-1.0. You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account.

Our Service

HappyHorse-1.0 provides AI-assisted tools for generating and managing video outputs. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HappyHorse-1.0 to:

  • violate any law or third-party rights;
  • upload content you do not have the right to use;
  • generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content;
  • interfere with the service, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.

User Content and Generated Output

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give us a limited license to process that content to operate and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload content and use generated outputs.

AI-generated outputs may be similar for different users. We do not guarantee exclusivity, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Billing, Credits, and Payments

Some features require paid credits. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the listed amount. Credits are subject to the pricing and usage rules shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

HappyHorse-1.0 and its software, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of our platform or trademarks.

Service Availability and Disclaimers

HappyHorse-1.0 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated outputs will always be accurate, available, or suitable for your intended use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using HappyHorse-1.0 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, break the law, abuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
